1)Tracking service time: lifelong
2)From the date of receiving, in normal use within 30000km or within one year, we will repair for free, but easy wear parts and electrical parts are not included. After one year, we only charge the maintenance cost.
2. After warranty time
1)Method: according to customer's requirement, the parts will send by our after sale department or send directly by local chassis service station
2) Parts only charge cost, no other charges
3. Chassis problem, please find the nearest chassis service station for repair, the detailed address please find the maintenance manual book or call our company after sale service number.

In general, we don't have stock. Our products are all manufactured according to customers' requirements. So our products are all different and special.

Our products are all custom made. Usually you need to provide us with the drawings. And if you do not have it, some important data is also necessary. We can help you design it after we signed the contract and confidentiality agreement.
Do You Provide After-Sales Service?
Yes, we do. This product is guaranteed up to one year from purchase unless man-made damage. If there is anything wrong with product itself quality problem, we will change or repair it at our charge. If not, we will provide after-sales service at your charge.
